Dr. Pedroche offers online delivery of psychotherapy (also known as e-therapy, distance counseling, teletherapy, telemental health) to eligible adults via a live, two-way video conference using a secure platform that complies with HIPAA requirements to ensure privacy and security compliance. The service is simple to use and has the benefits of convenience and flexibility, access to a greater pool of providers (you aren’t limited to providers within driving distance), and the utmost in privacy (no sitting in waiting rooms with other clients).
How does on-line video therapy work? Prior to your appointment, you will be sent an Email reminder of your online video therapy session. You simply click on the link to join Dr. Pedroche’s virtual waiting room.
Who is eligible? To be eligible for online therapy with Dr. Pedroche, you must be an adult who resides in the state of Florida. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, Dr. Pedroche will schedule a brief telephone call with you to further assess your eligibility and whether or not she is a good fit for you and vice-versa.

What does on-line therapy cost? Online therapy services must be paid for out-of-pocket. It is your responsibility to inquire with your insurance company about whether or not you will receive reimbursement for telehealth services. A superbill will be provided to you or submitted for you, electronically, at your request.
